Job Title: Medical Device Assembler

Job Summary:
HonorVet Technologies is seeking a skilled Medical Device Assembler to join our team. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for the assembly, packaging, and other steps along the production line of various medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and package medical devices according to client requirements
  • Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and FDA, ISO, and environmental standards
  • Work closely with Engineering personnel to develop process and equipment validation/qualification plans and protocols
  • Provide problem-solving support to the manufacturing operation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Department and Development

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year's experience in manufacturing operations with medical devices
  • Knowledge and experience with GMP, ISO, FDA, and quality standards
  • Experience with manufacturing documentation, including Bill of Materials (BOM), shop orders, routers, and other relevant manufacturing documentation
  • Experience in a Clean Room environment

Additional Requirements:
When working in the cleanroom, wearing of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is required. Ex: gown, facemask, gloves, hairnet, etc.
