  • Monitor production activity, identify process problems, troubleshoot root causes, and develop solutions.
  • Suggest improvement plans to enhance efficiency and safety.
  • Deliver and coordinate staff training and new hire orientation.
  • Ensure all safety policies and processes are followed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an individual contributor.
  • Thorough knowledge of team processes.
  • Strong experience in production safety and work-floor 6S standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure, coordinate tasks, and communicate effectively.
