Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including appliance repair, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Assist the Service Manager with various tasks and ensure service requests are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
- Respond to emergency calls and perform repairs as needed.
- Assist with resident functions and provide excellent customer service.
- At least one year of experience in apartment maintenance.
- A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and be on-call as needed.
