Position Overview:
In the role of Senior Living Care Manager, you will play a vital part in enriching the lives of our residents daily. Your responsibilities will include managing, mentoring, and coordinating a team of skilled CNAs, Med Aides, and caregivers to ensure that residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods receive the highest standard of care and dignity.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two years in healthcare management, or an Associate’s degree with at least four years of relevant experience.
- Current certification as a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) Administrator in Wisconsin.
- An RN or LPN license is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience as a caregiver and medication technician.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and skill enhancement, alongside a dedication to confidentiality.
- Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the care management and maintenance for all residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods.
- Ensure effective planning and coordination of resident care, staff development, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison among residents, nursing staff, families, and healthcare resources to facilitate optimal care for each resident.
- Lead recruitment and development efforts within the health services team.
- Manage the budget, profitability, and quality enhancement of the CBRF neighborhoods.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Maintain a full-time on-site presence and participate in a Manager on Duty rotation during weekends and holidays.
