Location: Midland, Georgia
Role Overview & Skill Requirements:
1. Demonstrated experience with aerospace components and a solid grasp of aerospace product development and manufacturing processes.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities, adept at troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementing solutions using lean methodologies, PDCA, 5S, quality control tools, value stream mapping, and cost reduction strategies.
3. Responsible for creating station-specific standard work instructions and work breakdown structures.
4. Focused on process enhancements, ensuring compliance, and engaging in technical discussions to evaluate technical documentation.
5. Proficient in industrial engineering activities, including time studies, line balancing, layout design, and workforce planning.
6. Capable of training operators based on the development of work instructions.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
Compensation: $110,000 - $115,000 annually.
