Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic presenter to join our team. As an Educational Performer (Teacher/Presenters), you will be responsible for delivering dynamic presentations to students, making history come alive, and inspiring young minds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present engaging and informative presentations to students on a daily basis
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the curriculum and historical content
  • Interact with students in a classroom setting, up to 36 students per presentation
  • Utilize online Company calendar system for school information and daily itineraries
  • Make travel arrangements and preparations as needed
  • Fill out reports, including monthly expense reports and evaluations of schools

Requirements

  • Positive and fun personality, with a can-do attitude
  • Strong social, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to command a room and engage with students
  • Teaching or performance experience preferred
  • Classroom management and improvisation ability a plus
  • Able to work independently and uphold Company standards

Benefits

  • Salary position, $4,200/month
  • Paid training rate of $140/day for initial 12-day training period
  • Full-time/seasonal employment, summer's off (not paid)
  • Medical benefits for individual employee with minimal employee premium contributions
  • Paid school holidays, including two weeks paid winter break
  • Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard
  • No work to take home (after training period)

Training Period

  • Initial training on first presentation takes 12-13 consecutive business days
  • Additional training on second and third presentations takes place within 2-4 weeks after initial training

  • Passion for educating and performing on a full-time basis
  • Ability to work in a changing environment each day and uphold Company policies
  • Flexibility and problem-solving skills essential
  • Valid driver's license and reliable standard-size vehicle required
