SQL Database Architect

At Powder River Industries, LLC, we are seeking a skilled SQL - Backend Developer to join our team. As a prime contractor, we provide technical services across the entire system development life cycle (SDLC). Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain SQL databases, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient data management and retrieval.

• Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases to support our mission system.
• Develop, implement, and optimize SQL queries to ensure data integrity and security.
• Collaborate with software developers to integrate database solutions into applications.
• Ensure data security and integrity through regular backups and updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.
• Perform database performance tuning and optimization.
• Generate and analyze reports from SQL databases.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging database technologies and best practices.

• Proficiency in SQL programming and database management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles.
• Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Top Secret clearance with investigation current within the last 5 years.
• On-site in SCIF, 5 days per week.
