Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive automotive technician services, including routine inspections, system diagnostics, and effective problem-solving.
  • Perform essential repairs such as brake systems, front-end suspension, shocks/struts, and tire installations.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering clear communication regarding vehicle status and documenting all services performed.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to ensure timely and accurate service delivery during operational hours.
  • Engage in various manual tasks that may involve lifting, standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods.
  • Immediately report any safety concerns to management to maintain a safe working environment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in automotive repair, particularly in brake systems and preventative maintenance.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Must have personal tools necessary for the job.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • ASE Certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience in diagnosing vehicle issues and conducting road tests.
  • Previous work with front-end alignments and brake systems.
