  • Schedule maintenance personnel to ensure 24/7 availability.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and maintain HAZCOM standards.
  • Monitor the physical property and correct hazardous conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records of preventative maintenance, service requests, and expenditures.
  • Schedule and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
  • Indoctrinate and assist in the development of subordinate maintenance staff.
