At Tulsa Nursing Center, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, promoting their independence, and supporting their overall well-being.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide personal care to residents in a safe and comfortable manner, consistent with community policy.
- Promote and support the greatest possible degree of independence for residents.
- Advise the supervising charge nurse of resident status at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Contribute knowledge of resident conditions/needs to resident care plans.
- Assist in the implementation of care plans as directed within established policy and procedure.
- Observe and report on residents' conditions, and document observations as required.
- Comply with requirements for safe lifting and/or transfer of residents per established policies and procedures.
- Perform incidental housekeeping or maintenance tasks as needed to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- State certification as a nursing assistant.
- Complete familiarity with the duties of a certified nursing assistant.
- Highly developed observation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
