Mercy Urology Joplin Offers:
- Focus on the area of practice you enjoy as we perform the latest and advanced urology procedures: The main OR has 1 dedicated room with a mounted cysto table and Fluro.
- The ESWL comes once per week.
- One hospital only with clinic surgery center and hospital on same campus - Park at one location every day
- Experienced clinic and support staff
We offer comprehensive services including:
- da Vinci Xi robotics laparoscopic urology interstim urodynamics Holmium laser ultrasound pelvic floor rehab
- Up to four OR days per week
- 1:6 hospital call or better with APP support for calls
- APPs support rounding in hospital
- Access to patients right away; high demand proven volumes ability to focus on any niche or specialty interest
Compensation & Benefits:
- Two-year guaranteed salary for ramp-up and then wRVU production. Option to go off of guarantee after year one if RVU production is exceeding guarantee.
- $630000 starting salary guarantee
- $50000 recruitment bonus
