Job Title: Acute Speech Language Pathologist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc. The successful candidate will play a critical role in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment. They will be responsible for developing personalized treatment plans, delivering therapy sessions, and collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Evaluation and Treatment:

  • Evaluate speech, language, and swallowing abilities to identify clients' treatment goals.
  • Treat disorders caused by injuries, illness, or other factors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create individualized treatment plans addressing specific needs.
  • Help clients improve their voices, fluency, vocabulary, and sentence structure through teaching and counseling.
  • Collaborate with other members of the care team and train family members or caregivers.

Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
