About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic leader to create and manage our new Family Medicine Residency Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the program, ensuring compliance with ACGME requirements and fostering an environment of excellence in education and clinical training.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and oversee all activities of the residency program.
- Ensure program graduates meet certification eligibility requirements for the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM).
- Maintain accurate statistical and narrative reports for the Review Committee (RRC).
- Implement fair policies, grievance procedures, and due process in accordance with institutional guidelines.
