Serpentini Collision center is a rapidly growing and very busy auto body shop in Strongsville, serving multiple dealerships and DRP programs.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced automotive damage appraiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to write accurate estimates, and strong multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a positive relationship with all customers and staff.
  • Write accurate estimates using CCC or Mitchell software.
  • Schedule customers and maintain open communication regarding repair status.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in an auto body shop environment and be proficient in estimating software such as CCC. We offer competitive pay based on experience, and we are willing to train the right candidate.

Compensation and Benefits
