Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Ready-Mix Driver to join our team at Transforce. As a Ready-Mix Driver, you will play a critical role in transporting and delivering concrete to construction sites safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Ready-Mix Truck: Safely operate a ready-mix truck to transport and deliver concrete to construction sites, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Follow DOT Requirements: Ensure compliance with Department of Transportation regulations and guidelines.
  • Communicate with Dispatch: Effectively communicate with dispatch regarding delivery updates, issues, and instructions.
  • Provide Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers at construction sites, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain Truck: Ensure the proper handling and pouring of concrete to prevent spills or damage, and maintain a clean interior and exterior truck.
Requirements
  • Commercial Driver's License: Possess a valid Class A or B commercial driver's license (CDL).
  • Ready Mix Experience: Previous experience in ready mix operations is highly desirable.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds, climb ladders and stairs, and work in various weather conditions.
