We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering questions about our products, and recommending solutions to meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services
  • Build strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and benefits, and communicate this information to customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including loading and unloading delivery trucks
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally
  • Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
  • Knowledge of paint and paint-related products
  • Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages
