We are seeking a skilled Pastry Assistant to join our culinary team at The Mather Evanston. As a Pastry Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our residents and guests.

• Assist the Pastry Chef in preparing and managing the production of high-quality baked goods and desserts.
• Help to develop and implement production planning that aligns with the rotational menu for all dining venues and care environments.
• Address resident preferences and nutritional requirements while maintaining correct use of equipment, kitchen sanitation, and food handling practices according to HACCP procedures.
