- Conduct Physical Examinations and Health Assessments: Conduct physical examinations and health assessments to identify and address patient needs.
- Collaborate with the Healthcare Team: Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Monitor and Document Patient Progress: Monitor and document patient progress, symptoms, and vital signs to ensure accurate and timely care.
- Administer IV Infusions and Manage IV Lines: Administer IV infusions and manage IV lines to ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Assist with Acute Pain Management and Wound Care: Assist with acute pain management and wound care to promote patient comfort and healing.
- Educate Patients and Families: Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medications, and self-care techniques to promote patient empowerment and independence.
- Coordinate and Provide Care in Various Settings: Coordinate and provide care in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, home care, occupational health, and senior care facilities.
- Utilize Electronic Medical Record Systems: Utilize electronic medical record systems (e.g., Cerner) to document patient information accurately and efficiently.
- Valid Licensure: Valid licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Nursing Principles and Practices: Knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
- Physical Examinations and Assessments: Proficiency in performing physical examinations and assessments.
- Medication Administration and IV Infusions: Experience in administering medications and IV infusions.
- Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Compassionate Care: Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail for accurate documentation and medication administration.
- Flexibility: Flexibility to work in various healthcare settings.
- Competitive Pay: $38.50 per hour.
