Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' nursing care needs, identifying physical, behavioral, psychiatric, and social needs.
- Develop and implement individualized recovery plans in collaboration with the recovery team, based on data obtained from assessments.
- Provide health teaching and coping strategies to patients and families to meet their needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician, maintaining accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with the recovery team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
