About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Aegis Living. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our elderly residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as dressing, grooming, eating, and bathroom needs.
  • Accompany residents to and from meals and activities, promoting social interaction and engagement.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
Requirements
  • Must be willing to learn and receive education to secure a CNA or HCA license.
  • Ability to maintain resident confidentiality and adhere to our company's policies and procedures.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including AM and PM shifts.
