Global Payroll Director

The Director of Payroll and Risk will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the Company's payroll function, risk management, and asset capitalization. This leadership role will primarily be responsible for implementing Ceridian Payroll to multiple countries across the globe as well as managing ongoing global payroll for 3000+ full-time employees.

• Manage the corporate risk management function, with a focus on workers' compensation matters.
• Oversee global payroll tax compliance and planning for 3000+ full-time employees and 30,000 contingent workers.
• Lead the implementation of Ceridian DayForce Payroll across several foreign jurisdictions.
• Regularly review, audit, and adjust internal controls to ensure a superior quality service is delivered with world-class integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external auditors, tax authorities, and outside vendors to ensure seamless operations.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; master's degree or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in global payroll or a related function.
• In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and international payroll/labor tax laws and regulations.
• Demonstrated systems implementation experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results.
