Chief Creative Strategist

Bio-Rad, a global leader in life sciences, is seeking a visionary Chief Creative Strategist to elevate the brand's presence. With 70 years of experience, Bio-Rad has transformed the fields of science and healthcare.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $190,900 to $266,700, depending on experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other factors.

As Chief Creative Strategist, you will inspire teams to push creative boundaries while aligning top-quality work with organizational strategies, project goals, and stakeholder business challenges. You will lead conceptual creative development while ensuring brand consistency, defend creative approaches that align with project goals, and track and report on successes and areas for improvement.

We are looking for a strong strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills, proven ability to lead and optimize team talents, expertise in creative disciplines such as design, copywriting, and video production, exceptional communication and presentation abilities, skilled in using industry-standard software and tools, in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel B2B marketing, proactive in identifying problems and ensuring effective communication, keen attention to detail with strong delegation capabilities, and solid understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
