  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in epoxy flooring installation.
  • Proven track record of supervising and training installation teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
