Aftercare Instructor

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Aftercare Instructor to join our team at Bell Creek Academy. As a key member of our after-school program, you will be responsible for providing a safe and engaging environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and instruct assigned classes in a designated location and time, ensuring a conducive learning environment.
• Take attendance and follow the provided schedule and curriculum program of study.
• Prepare activities for assigned classes and demonstrate preparation on a weekly basis.
• Encourage students to set and maintain standards of classroom behavior.
• Assist in implementing policies and rules governing student life and conduct.
• Participate in dismissal procedures and ensure student safety at all times.

Requirements

• A minimum of one to five years related experience.
• High School diploma or equivalency.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Organized, energetic, innovative, and professional.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written English communication skills.
