We are looking for a People Practices Validator to join our team at Top Employers Institute. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of the certification process for local clients participating in our annual programmes across the globe.

The People Practices Validator will support clients in submitting the survey and validate its answers, ensuring the certification process is objective and diligent. They will also collect HR insights and share them internally and externally.

Main Objectives:

  • To ensure the quality and integrity of the certification process for local clients
  • To provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
  • To maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in HR (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR (generalist or specialist roles)
  • Previous experience in a mid-sized local company (50-249 employees). Experience in an international (250-10 000 with international presence) or multinational company (more than 10 000 employees, regional HQs, Global HQ) is an advantage

Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000 per annum, depending on location and experience
