Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team in Arlington, WA. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and comprehensive nursing evaluations to determine primary focus of care and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document patient progress, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, in accordance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Washington.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
