We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at ADN Healthcare in Boston, Massachusetts. This 13-week travel assignment offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic healthcare organization while enjoying the benefits of working as an independent contractor.

About the Role

This position is ideal for a motivated and experienced Physical Therapist looking to take on new challenges and opportunities. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and create personalized exercise programs to improve mobility, strength, and flexibility.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent.
  • Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a travel capacity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week. A tax-free stipend will be provided to cover living expenses during the contract period.
