Our core competencies include drug metabolism, pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD), safety and toxicology, bioanalytical and biologics services, chemistry and manufacturing controls for drug development, and core laboratory services for clinical trials.

Job Description

This role involves overseeing and enforcing junior scientists in day-to-day operations, managing client communication, and participating in teleconferences and technical discussions. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining laboratory operation and ensuring compliance with FDA guidance, Frontage SOPs, and general industrial practices.

Requirements
  • PhD in biochemistry, biology, pharmaceutics, or a related scientific discipline, with 8+ years of related experience, or an MS/MA in a relevant field with 10+ years of experience.
  • Direct hand-on experience in ligand binding assay method development, qualification, and validation.
  • Direct experience in PK, ADA, and/or biomarker assays is strongly recommended.

Estimated salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
