We are seeking a skilled School Psychologist to join our team at Supplemental Health Care. As a School Psychologist, you will play a vital role in supporting the emotional and academic well-being of students in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide counseling and support to students to help them overcome emotional and behavioral challenges.
- Assess the emotional and behavioral needs of students and develop strategies to address these needs.
- Work with students to improve their social and communication skills, and assist them with problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Administer academic and cognitive achievement assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness.
- Analyze and integrate data to provide comprehensive reports to parents and educators.
- Present eligibility criteria and interpret test data to the multi-disciplinary school team and student guardians.
- Master's degree in School Psychology or equivalent experience with a bachelor's degree.
- California School Psychologist License.
- 1 year of recent relevant experience preferred.
