Key Responsibilities:
As a Supervisor, you will oversee team performance, ensuring that departmental objectives are achieved.

Your responsibilities will include managing daily operations of a direct reporting team, encompassing all facets of personnel management, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation to foster a high-performance culture.
