Job Summary:
Tremco is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Roofing Technician to join our team. As a Commercial Roofing Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of Commercial Roofing Systems: Install different types of roofing systems, including BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems.
- Safe Operation of Tools: Safely operate hand tools and power tools to complete tasks.
- Job Site Safety: Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies' guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Physical Demands: Work outside in various weather conditions and meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees.
Requirements:
- Commercial Roofing Experience: At least 1 year of experience in commercial roofing, with all levels of experience considered.
- Reliable Transportation: Possess a reliable form of transportation.
- Criminal Background Check: Pass an acceptable background check per company standards.
- Pre-Employment Screening: Pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
Compensation and Benefits:
Tremco offers a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $20.00 to $33.00, based on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, Company Pension Plan, and continuing education opportunities.
