We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Baptist Memorial Health Care. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining patient and non-patient care areas within the hospital, ensuring they are safe and attractive for our patients and staff.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Cleans and disinfects areas by completing a 7-step cleaning process
  • Practices infection control guidelines by adhering to universal precautions and safety precautions
  • Maintains equipment, storage rooms, and environmental closets in an orderly fashion
  • Identifies and reports equipment needs, building interior, and function repairs
  • Fulfills Hospital required competencies
  • Adheres to hospital and departmental policy and procedures
  • Completes assigned goals

**Requirements**

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, but not required. As a Housekeeper at Baptist Memorial Health Care, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a real difference in the lives of our patients and staff.
