Job Description
We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Associate to join our Marketing Team. The Marketing Associate will report to the Director of Marketing and be responsible for helping to create and execute the company's annual Marketing plans. As a key member of our team, you will assist in the development of annual and quarterly marketing strategy, manage the production and distribution of owned content and marketing materials, and help define the company's annual marketing strategy to align with the company's objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Working with the Director of Marketing, help define the company's annual marketing strategy to align with the company's objectives
  • Manage the company's social media accounts including scheduling posts and answering DMs via Facebook and Instagram
  • Act as Marketing subject matter expert, staying updated on industry best practices and trends, continually improving our plans

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in marketing strategy and execution
  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Graphic design skills (Portfolio preferred)

Estimated Salary: $58,750 - $63,750 Annually
