About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Wireless Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized sales support to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible solution for their wireless needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of the team.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
