Predictable Power Lanes: Our regional van truckload routes feature high volumes of freight, maximizing drive time and minimizing downtime.
Consistent Freight: With advance dispatching, you'll have improved planning and reduced waiting times, keeping your schedule on track.
No-Touch, Drop-and-Hook Freight: 95% of our loads are no-touch, allowing you to quickly load and unload cargo without lengthy paperwork or handling.
Eastern 37 States: Our routes cover a large area, giving you the flexibility to explore different regions while still enjoying home time.
Compensation Package:
- Mileage Pay: Earn money for every mile driven, providing a steady stream of income.
- Hourly Pay While On Duty: Get paid for time spent on tasks other than driving, such as loading or unloading cargo.
- Weekly Performance Pay: Your hard work is rewarded with additional pay for meeting performance standards.
- Sign-On Bonus: Receive up to $4,000 in bonuses over 12 months for experienced drivers, or $2,000 for inexperienced drivers.
- Paid Orientation: We cover all costs associated with getting started, including meals and lodging.
- Paid Time Off After 6 Months: Enjoy well-deserved breaks after reaching this milestone.
- Annual Bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year, recognizing your dedication and hard work.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL): Ensure you meet this essential requirement.
- Live within 75 Miles of Louisville, KY: This location allows for easy access to our facilities and maximizes home time.
