KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain a strong focus on data analysis and record management with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft 365 Suite.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with customer scheduling systems and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
  • Familiarity with evaluating carrier and load financials, including accessorial reviews.
  • Conduct audits of submitted accessorial rate requests against established internal rates.
  • Background in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The compensation range reflects our good faith estimate for this role. Actual pay may vary based on factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skills, and business needs. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), 401(k), and life and disability insurance for eligible employees. Salaried employees receive paid time off, while hourly employees may be eligible for paid sick leave as required by law.

Compensation is not considered earned until it is vested and determinable. The availability of compensation is at Kforce's discretion and may be adjusted in accordance with applicable laws.
