Behavior Analyst

HealthPRO Pediatrics, a leading multi-specialty service provider, is seeking a qualified Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) for our team in Cameron, NC.

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated BCaBA to join our team of BCBAs and BCBA-Ds who share a common goal of helping children diagnosed with autism achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will have a consummate passion for helping children and be open to being part of a team of professionals dedicated to the care and development of our children.

This is a full-time, salaried position offering a competitive salary range of $55k-65k per year. The BCaBA will work Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm, with Saturday sessions available upon request.

The role involves assisting the Behavior Analyst in completing assessments and developing ABA therapy plans, providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children aged 2 years old to young adult, collecting and analyzing data, and making interventions as needed.

• Assist in completing assessments and developing ABA therapy plans
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children
• Collect and analyze data, make interventions as needed
• Administer ABA assessments
• Monitor and record patient progress
• Complete reports detailing the progress of an ABA program
• Communicate effectively with parents, Behavior Analysts/consultants, therapists, clients, and families

• Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification
• Bachelor's Degree and approved coursework in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university
• State-specific LBA License, if required by state
• Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes or clinic
