Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care in line with established protocols and standards.
- Implement and assess patient care plans, documenting and communicating patient conditions as necessary.
- Act as the primary coordinator for interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure seamless patient care.
- Execute physician and nursing orders effectively.
- Evaluate and coordinate discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
Qualifications
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider certification required within one month of hire.
- Registered Nurse licensure is mandatory prior to employment.
- Advanced Life Support certification is preferred.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent professional licensure at the time of hire.
