About the Team & Opportunity

We are seeking full-time and part-time Licensed Clinical Social Workers licensed in the state of California who are passionate about our mission. This is a fully remote telehealth position for individuals with experience working with patients across the lifespan in an outpatient community mental health center setting.

Accountabilities
  • Perform initial mental health diagnostic assessments with treatment recommendations.
  • Develop an individualized, prescriptive treatment plan to fit the needs of each patient using appropriate diagnostic criteria.
  • Develop a strong rapport with a diverse set of patients exclusively through the telehealth modality.
  • Document concurrently all clinical findings and services provided in the electronic medical record as required by standards of care.
  • Participate in treatment meetings, consultation, and collaboration with members of the clinical team.
  • Be present and available on-screen for the duration of the contracted hours.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Relevant and active LCSW license.
  • Certified and/or experienced in common therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, TFCBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills, positive relationship building skills, and critical analysis.
  • Flexibility and ability to adjust to the needs of clinic partners.
  • Well-versed in using EHRs, confident in a virtual setting, and concurrent documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in the state of California.
  • Experienced in caring for patients with Serious Mental Illness.
  • Experienced in caring for patients with co-occurring substance use disorders.
  • Previous telemedicine experience and skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients.
