Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Care and Education: Provide exceptional patient care, addressing their physical, emotional, and psychological needs throughout the treatment process.
  • Treatment Modalities and Protocols: Stay up-to-date with the latest radiation therapy techniques and protocols, ensuring seamless integration into our treatment workflows.
  • Quality Assurance and Safety: Participate in regular quality assurance activities, ensuring the accuracy and safety of radiation therapy delivery.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification: Associate degree in Radiation Therapy or Certification, with a strong foundation in radiation oncology principles and practices.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Staff Therapist in a Radiation Therapy department, with expertise in linear accelerators and patient simulation.
