Host Position Overview:

The Host is the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. This role requires a warm and energetic personality to welcome and seat guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the flow of the restaurant, ensuring a seamless experience for guests and servers alike.
  • Stay up-to-date on new menu items and specials, providing expert knowledge to guests.
  • Act as the point person for To Go Orders, ensuring timely and accurate preparation.
  • Follow up with guests as they depart, soliciting feedback and encouraging return visits.
  • Maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere, adhering to high standards of sanitation and food handling.

Accountabilities:

  • Ensure accurate food presentation and rotation seating.
  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing guest needs promptly.
  • Manage cash handling and maintain a high level of order accuracy.
  • Participate in store events and serve as a spokesperson for the restaurant.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of food and beverage products, ensuring a high level of service quality.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Basic mathematical computation skills and ability to maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations.
