Job Overview

Schneider is seeking experienced CDL-A truck drivers to join our team as Team Van Truckload drivers. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a reputable company, enjoy a competitive pay package, and take advantage of our comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a team of two drivers in a dry van trailer, hauling 95% no-touch freight.
  • Operate within all 48 states, with regular home time every three weeks.
  • Participate in Schneider's Team Pet Policy, allowing you to bring your furry friends along on the road.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Earn a competitive weekly pay, ranging from $1,300 to $1,590, depending on experience and performance.
  • Enjoy holiday pay incentives, up to $2,100, during the specified period.
  • Receive mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
  • Take advantage of weekly paychecks, weekly performance pay, and paid orientation.
  • Benefit from paid time off after six months, plus six days of holiday pay per year.
  • Earn an annual bonus, up to 2% of annual gross pay.
Requirements
  • Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Have a minimum of three months of Class A driving experience.
