Position Overview:

Midland Memorial Hospital is in search of a skilled CT Imaging Specialist. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality imaging services while adhering to safety protocols and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize advanced imaging technology to perform CT scans and assist in the diagnostic process.
  • Exercise professional judgment and discretion in patient care, ensuring the well-being of each individual.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to gather essential information for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of equipment operation and safety measures to minimize radiation exposure.

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in Applied Science-Radiology or completion of an accredited hospital-based program.
  • ARRT (R) certification with a CT registration.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in diagnostic imaging.

Equipment Proficiency:
Familiarity with GE VCT 6 and Medrad Injectors is preferred.

Licensure:
Must hold a current State of Texas License as a Radiology Technologist.

Work Schedule:
Evening shifts from Monday to Friday, 3 PM to 11:30 PM, with no on-call duties.

Additional Information:
Travelers or agency professionals will need to arrange their own housing. A comprehensive State and County Criminal Background Check is mandatory for selected candidates.
