We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Yale New Haven Health. Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients to identify physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide hands-on physical therapy treatment to patients, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions
  • Supervise physical therapy assistants and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest physical therapy techniques and best practices through ongoing education and professional development

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy with a B.S., M.S., or D. degree
  • Current licensure as a physical therapist in Rhode Island or eligibility for licensure
  • CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
