We are seeking a skilled and versatile Construction Technician to join our team at Woodfin - Your Home Team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our properties.
Key Responsibilities- Perform general building and property maintenance, service, and repair services to support multiple company-owned properties.
- Conduct a range of maintenance services, including painting, caulking, wall repair, minor plumbing work, basic electrical maintenance, framing, and sheetrock work.
- Troubleshoot to identify potential root causes and develop effective solutions.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
- Previous experience in painting, drywall, rough or trim carpentry, home building, framing, electrical, and/or plumbing is preferred.
- Ability to work at elevated heights on a ladder, lift, or rooftop.
- Strong understanding of safe usage of hand and power tools.
- Ability to be trained on the proper and safe operation of equipment as needed.
- Fluent English-speaking and writing skills are required.
