We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about assisting others during challenging times. As a Restoration Technician, you will play a crucial role in our mission to restore properties to their pre-damage condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to service requests and execute assigned tasks according to established guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the crew chief to ensure all client requirements are met efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles, equipment, and workspaces.
  • Conduct demolition work on affected materials, including flooring and drywall.
  • Prepare job sites for restoration activities, including setting up necessary equipment.
  • Engage in effective communication with team members to streamline production processes.
  • Perform thorough cleanup at the end of each job to leave sites in pristine condition.
Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in cleaning or restoration is advantageous.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • IICRC certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Valid driver's license is essential.
  • Willingness to travel locally and out of state as needed.
  • Ability to pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
Physical Requirements:
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Comfortable with prolonged periods of walking, standing, and climbing.
  • Able to work in confined spaces and at various heights.
  • Repetitive motions including pushing, pulling, and lifting are part of the role.
