Speech Pathologist

Boone Health is seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Pathologist, you will provide speech and swallow therapy services to patients, including evaluation and treatment.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish treatment plans and provide treatment, considering discharge needs and expected functional status.
- Educate and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers, making recommendations for referrals as needed.
- Delegate tasks to assistants, techs, and students through written and verbal communication.
- Complete documentation in accordance with departmental policies.
- Provide assessment, reassessment, and consultations for Speech Services.
- Master's Degree in Speech Pathology.
- Speech-Language Pathologist licensure.
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
