Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Verizon. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating retail sales by utilizing your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
You will learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions. Your goal will be to position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution. You will close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory. You will also have the potential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers who are interested in our products and services.

What We're Looking ForWe are looking for individuals who have a high school diploma or GED and one or more years of work experience. You should be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be open to picking up additional shifts and earning more income during peak periods.
Experience working in a commission-based environment, demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions, and customer service experience are all highly desirable. However, if you don't meet every qualification, we encourage you to apply.
