As a Visual Merchandising Specialist at Best Buy, you'll play a crucial role in creating an engaging and immersive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include installing and maintaining visual displays, reviewing work completed by contractors, and providing functionality support. You'll also be responsible for setting up planograms and graphics, implementing new technology, and ensuring our stores are ready for business each day.

Key responsibilities include:

* Completing company-sponsored merchandising tasks, such as complex display setup, AV support, and signage implementation
* Installing complex built-in appliances in kitchen displays
* Completing project merchandising and store display functionality support within given timelines
* Helping to train new team members through job shadowing and sharing best practices
* Implementing new interactive displays and technologies
* Performing basic and intermediate functionality support on store interactive displays
* Maintaining knowledge of vendor-provided displays

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have at least 3 months of demonstrated merchandising, technical, or functionality support skills. You'll also need to be able to safely use small hand tools, light-duty power tools, and other in-house equipment.
