Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting. As a Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of California
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery
  • Acute care experience in a hospital setting
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, days, and nights
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
